SP3 Group is a privately held, internally funded business solutions firm specializing in all aspects of the Human Resources function, including product offerings within Recruiting, Training and Development, and direct HR Consulting. The company was built BY and FOR Human Resources professionals and the TEAM approach to all of our product and service offerings is what makes us unique.

We have strategically aligned ourselves within different industry segments therefore allowing ourselves the opportunity to fulfill the HR needs of and for Professional Employment Organizations (PEO's), Venture Capital and Investment firms, Legal firms, Audit and Accounting Firms, Consulting Groups, and Brokerage firms. These channel markets have provided a greater breadth and depth of client base for us, as well as have provided us additional exposure for our company.

We also uphold a very stringent Code of Ethics that all of our employees, contractors and representatives operate under at all times. One of SP3 Group's competitive strengths has always been the recognized fact that we are a very ethical company with integrity. Because SP3 Group holds a position of leadership in the industry, we want to ensure our dedication to maintaining the fundamental principles of fairness, honesty and common sense, which are the heart of the company's philosophy, values and corporate standards.

Strong business ethics should form the basis for all of our relationships with employees, customers, partners, competitors, suppliers and colleagues. Actions that fall short of, or even appear to fall short of, these standards can only undermine our business integrity, standards of excellence, and ultimately our success as a company.
